Type in your registration. We pull the basics — make, year, fuel, colour, tax and MOT status — straight from the DVLA, so you don't have to dig out the logbook.

What the lookup gives us
We use the DVLA’s official Vehicle Enquiry Service. From your registration it returns the make, year of manufacture, fuel type, engine size, colour, tax status and MOT status. It does not return the exact model or trim, which is why we ask you to confirm that. If the service is down or doesn’t recognise the plate, you can still send an enquiry by filling the make and year in yourself.
What happens after you send it
You get a confirmation email with a reference number. Carlo reads the enquiry, looks at the photos and checks the details, then replies by email with an offer or a couple of questions. If you’re happy with the number, we arrange an appointment: Carlo appraises the car, confirms the price, completes the paperwork with you and pays by bank transfer on the same working day. Appointments usually take about 30 minutes, offers are valid for 5 days, and collection can be arranged if the car can’t be driven.
